As part of the growth of an international Shared Service Center, we are looking for a French-speaking Collection Agent (M/F) to join a team based in Oeiras (Lisbon area).

Tasks

- Manage a client portfolio and monitor outstanding accounts;
- Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and identify reasons for non-payment;
- Negotiate and set up payment commitments;
- Send credit hold notifications when necessary;
- Update customer credit information;
- Follow up on collection cases, including potential legal procedures;
- Maintain accurate records of customer payment status;
- Optimize collection activities to maximize cash recovery.


Requirements

- Fluent or native-level French (C1/C2 mandatory);
- Professional level of English (minimum B2);
- Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a similar role is a plus;
- Good proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools;
- Basic knowledge of finance/accounting is an advantage;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities effectively.

- Salary 1,100 gross x14 months;
- Language bonus 150 x12 months;
